Dylan D. Underhill - Director of Creative Development / producer / writer - 

Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, Dylan's passion for entertaining was nurtured from a young age, becoming An accomplished, professional actor by the time he was 14. During high school, dylan's focus shifted towards athletics, receiving scholarship offers in both football and track. 

after a catastrophic injury cut his college athletic career short, dylan bounced back and continued to apply that same drive towards school, earning national deans list honors, and awards in creative writing, dylan then decided it was time to follow his passion to where he'd always dreamt of living...los angeles.

dylan found fast success in la's booming nightclub industry, running multiple multi-million dollar nightclubs and restaurants by his 24th birthday, his success in this industry afforded him the opportunity to follow his dreams of bringing entertainment to the masses.

Landing a job as a junior development executive at big ace entertainment, dylan flourished while working on the development of many feature film scripts and pitches, two of these film projects, "Holy Water", and "Soul Train". were optioned by code entertainment and warner brothers pictures.

expanding his passion into non-scripted content creation, dylan has quietly led the charge in the development of war hawk's current slate of docu-reality projects.

A Native of new jersey, Gil attended Duke University, where he was a member of the defending national championship Men’s Soccer team and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. After graduation from Duke, Gil went to work on Wall Street as an Investment Banking Analyst and a High Yield senior debt trader. Following his tenure on Wall Street, Williams attended The Anderson School at UCLA, earning his M.B.A.

After Anderson, Gil went to work at Writers & Artists Agency for agent Rick Berg and was then hired by Lorenzo Di Bonaventura to be a Creative Executive at Warner Bros. Pictures, where he worked on such pictures as “Romeo Must Die”, “Exit Wounds”, “Swordfish” and “Training Day”.

Following his successful stint at Warner Bros., Gil was hired by producer Joel Silver to be his Vice President of Production and while at Silver Pictures, produced “Cradle to the Grave”. Gil then began his screenwriting career, optioning his first script, “Holy Water”, to Code Entertainment and signing with THe Gersh angency.. Williams then sold a “Soul Train” movie pitch to Warner Bros Pictures and launched his own production company, Big Ace Entertainment. Since then, he has continued to write screenplays, develop content for both scripted and reality tv,

Steve's background is a journey of taking the path less traveled. On his stops along the way, Steve's built up a unique skill to build business solutions by developing marketing strategies, multi-channel campaigns and the ability to lead teams in order to bring large scale projects to life - all while increasing brand awareness and bottom line growth along the way.

His past is comprised of various roles including designer, copywriter, creative director, marketing director, film director, business operations and small business owner. Having such a diverse resume has helped shape his point of view on how to help a business solve their needs in real and effective ways - while helping them plan for the future.

As my journey continues, Steve look's forward to continuing to grow while using his experience and knowledge to help brands build smart, strategic and successful creative solutions.
